What Is "My Wealth"? How Is the Score Interpreted? How Does AI Help Me Improve?
"My Wealth" is LifeScript's AI-powered quantitative assessment of your overall life quality. It decomposes "how well am I doing" into 5 wealth types × 15 factors in total. Each factor is dynamically scored from 0 to 100 based on your recent chats, check-ins, and actions.
What Wealth Types Exist? What Factors Does Each Contain?
| Wealth Type | Meaning | 3 Core Factors |
|---|---|---|
| Time Wealth | Your sense of control over time and quality of use | Cognition, Focus, Control |
| Social Wealth | The quality of your relationships | Depth, Breadth, Status |
| Spiritual Wealth | Your inner sense of direction and growth | Purpose, Growth, Space |
| Physical Wealth | Your physical health state | Exercise, Nutrition, Recovery |
| Financial Wealth | Your financial health | Income, Expense, Investment |
Each wealth type has an overall score (0-100), and each factor also has its own score.
What Does the Score Mean? How Is High/Low Interpreted?
Both factor and wealth-type scores follow the same bands:
- 0-40 (Low): This is currently a weak area — we recommend prioritizing attention and improvement here.
- 41-70 (Medium): Within a reasonable range, but room for improvement remains.
- 71-100 (High): This wealth area is in a healthy state — keep it up.
On the wealth detail page, each factor is labeled Low / Medium / High, so you can see at a glance where to invest effort.
What Is "Score Change"? Why Does It Go Up or Down?
Besides the current score (current wealth), each wealth type also shows a "change since last update" value (positive means improvement, negative means decline). This change is computed by the AI Coach (SC-9) when it re-evaluates your recent data:
- When you complete action tasks, actively check in, and have deep conversations with the AI Coach, the AI recognizes progress on certain factors and the score rises accordingly.
- If you remain inactive for an extended period or express negative states, relevant factors may decline — a signal to pay attention.
Scores Are "Dynamic Snapshots"
A score is not a permanent label — it reflects your real state over the recent period. A single action won't cause wild fluctuations; consistent small steps are the key to growing your wealth.
How Does the AI Coach "Recognize" My Changes? What Does It Rely On?
The AI Coach automatically calibrates your wealth scores by integrating the following signals:
- Conversations with the AI Coach — emotions, events, behaviors, and reflections you mention.
- Task check-ins and execution — whether you follow through on planned actions.
- Goal advancement progress — stage upgrades and achievement-rate changes.
- Time and frequency — interval since the last update (typically refreshed every 1-2 days).
When none of the factors in a wealth type show meaningful change in the latest AI analysis, that wealth's score is kept unchanged to avoid meaningless jitter.
How Can I Effectively Improve My Wealth Scores?
- Prioritize "Low" factors. Low-score factors usually offer the highest leverage — improving them yields the biggest overall gain.
- Break them into concrete actions. With the AI Coach's guidance, turn vague wishes like "I want to be healthier" into checkable tasks (e.g., "30 minutes of cardio, 3 times a week").
- Keep checking in and chatting. Let the AI continuously "see" your effort — only then will scores dynamically reflect your true progress.
- Reduce conflicting goals. Avoid setting goals that drain the same time/energy pool. The AI will help you identify conflicts at the goal-setting stage.
Common Questions
Q: Sometimes I open the wealth detail page and the score hasn't changed — why? A: The AI Coach refreshes scores on a regular cadence (usually every 1-2 days). If your recent data shows no significant change, the AI keeps the score stable to avoid jitter. Try having a deeper conversation with the AI Coach or completing task check-ins to trigger a refresh.
Q: Can my wealth score be "deducted"? A: Yes. If you stay inactive for a long time or express negative states in conversations, the relevant factors may decline — this is the AI's "reminder signal" to you, not a punishment.
Q: Do all 5 wealth types have to be high at the same time? A: No. Different life stages carry different priorities. A short-term dip in one wealth type is perfectly normal — what matters is consciously choosing the direction you most want to invest in right now, rather than chasing perfection across all five.
